ZYB420 Hyraulic Static Pile Driver, Hydraulic Static pile-pressing machine

This machine has been widely applied in the precast concrete pile construction of building foundation, no noise, no vibaration, no exhaust gas, no mud pulluation etc. Which works at rapid piling speed and protect the enviroment and surrounding builingings greatly, a perfect pile -pressing machine to replace the hydraulic hammer, especailly good for downtown area.

Our details design:

1. Piling and clamping mechanism, We have 4 clamp jaws design and 8 clamp jaws design. It makes pile clamping reliable, keeps pile from being damaged

2. Lifting (rise & fall) cylinder and supporting columns are separate and independent.. Therefore, lifting cylinders no need to stand the steering force and lateral force during the movement of machine, which greatly proects the lifting cylinder .

3.High quality heat treat bolt and not design for connecting, increase machine stability and service life and also decrease maintenance cost.

4.Outside-fixed Cantilevers are connected with the machine body by hinge axis. Its rigidity and strength is 30% better than insert cantilevers.

5.Our counterweight beam is designed outside the lifting cylinder, which increase the counterweight stack space and decrease the machine stress greatly.
