Scope of application:

Applicable for bright quenching or clean hardening of medium-carbon steel, high-carbon steel, bearing steel, alloy steel and other metal parts under protective atmosphere, and also for continuous heat treatment, such as thin layer carburizing, of low-carbon steel parts.

Feature of product:

1. Quenching, carburizing and tempering of machinery parts/hardware /tools, etc.

2. In the furnace is equipped with a large stirring fan, which keeps the uniformity of the furnace.

3. Operating temperature is below 950celsius degree.

4. Uniform heating temperature, long service life and low failure rate.

5. Blackening treatment can be directly done for workpiece at normal temperature.

6. Product passing time (30mm/min~180mm/min) is variable in frequency and is stepless and adjustable.
