ZP47 HIGH SPEED TABLET PRESS

Description:

This machine is an automatic continuous rotary tablet press machine. It is the basic equipment for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industrial sectors to suppress various granular raw materials into slices; it applies to large or small batch production, suppression of circular, special-shaped tablets, sugar tablets, calcium and so on.

This machine is suitable for molding and powder content does not exceed 10% of the granular raw material press (In the pressure range and more than 100 meshes). Not suitable for semi solid, wet particles, low melting point easy to wet raw material and no particles of powder compaction

Main structure and working principle:

Upperpress wheel mechanism:

Pressure roller mechanism is composed of a roof and upper pressure wheel box, using modular structure, the middle is provided with a fixed spindle bearing, pressing wheel and pressing wheel shaft with roller bearing, axle pressure and pressure wheel box is provided with a needle roller bearing with grease lubrication.

The upper track mechanism:

The upper track mechanism is composed of the track plate and pull down rail and rail track, track plate is arranged on the upper plate, track for track on a cylindrical cam is thrusting rod motion, punch and rail friction lubricated by lubricating pump timing and quantitative oil lubrication.

Turntable mechanism:

The turntable is the main actuators of the equipment, on the plate of turntable are punch moulds evenly spread, strut by 5 bearings, turbine on the bottom, the motor drives the worm to rotate the worm gear so that rotation of the main spindle, drives the turntable to rotating work.

Filling in track:

The filling in track is used to adjust the weight of the tablet, it consists of a pair of worm wheels and a pair of screw, worm wheel drive the worm runs up and down, so that the filling in track which is on the top of worm shaft moves up and down to adjust the change of filling weight, the filling quantity displays by a hand wheel scale.

Lower orbit mechanism:

The lower orbit mechanism is strut by middle plate, the main structure is composed by tablet output track,lower track,filling in track,prepress wheel and main press wheel, the form is planar cam, filling in track transition from a bridge plate, one of the right side filling in bridge plate is able to assembly and disassembly, easy to assembly lower plunger, punch and the lower rail lubrication from the lubrication pump timing and quantitative oil supply

Prepress wheel:

For the prepress of the tablet, the pressure is normally 15KN, its principle is a pair of worm wheels and a pair of screw, screw cover, rotating worm drives the worm wheel to rotate, the worm wheel and the screw linked with flat key, the screw rotational force screw sleeve upwards or downwards to reach the preloading pressure, but attention must be paid to the design pressure shall not exceed the 20KN limit otherwise mechanical damage

Main press wheel:

The device is used for adjusting the thickness of tablet, lower presswheel is arranged on the pressing wheel shaft eccentricity 4mm, rotation axle pressure can suppress 8mm thick tablets, but during the regulation as the eccentric shaft angle relation, the hand wheel scale does not exist synchronous display, usually only to pressure after the actual measurement, the pressing wheel and the pressing wheel shaft rotated by a roller bearing, the lubricant is lubricating pump timing quantitative lubrication

Feeding and sucking powder nozzle mechanism:

Barrel conical bottom hopper to month shape grid type feeder, for the feeding roller press, as a result of feeder and turn table is close(0.03-0.01); the turntable rotates the table without powder, the hopper feeder is composed of a hopper valve control, behind table is arranged a powder nozzle, it can suck the small amount powder on the table.

The fuselage and driving:

The fuselage is composed of a bottom plate and front and rear side plates, up to the 04 parts of the plate and the main body, rotary spindle is composed of a main body extending to worm gear box, under the main shaft extension of a worm gear, linked with worm, motor drives the worm to rotate the worm gear, made the spindle rotate, motor is mounted on the adjustable motor board to adjust the belt tension.

Lubrication:

This machine is installed with the base grease lubrication pump, through quantitative lubricator injection all lubricating points, the machine oil lubrication points is divided into five, main bearing lubrication, lower press wheel lubrication, lower track lubrication, upper track and upper press wheel lubrication, pressure wheel bearing lubrication by oil press, for the roller bearing and axle pressure bearing lubrication.

The outer cover component:

Cover are all made of stainless steel, beside the front lower part, the side and back door can be removed, right hand door with a micro switch, during the lower repair or disassembly tool to unload the door on your right and micro switch acts to cut off the power supply, play a role of security protection, if start the machine without right hand door, must advance the micro-switch contact closure made it cannot start.

The upper part is organic glass window, through the window to see clearly the situation of press, the window opened and closed is controlled by the steam spring role, when it is closed, locking with the rotation knob lock.
