The paper-band filter is mainly applied to precision precessing like grinding machine, honing machine and machining center, which have a higher requirement for the cleanliness of the coolant. This device uses filtering fabric to filter impurity in coolant andthe oil. As the impurity in coolant and oil blocks the filtering fabric to cause the liquid level to rise, the proximity switch for level control will send out signal, and the movement of transfer mechanism will send filtering fabric with impurity to the used filtering fabric tank while new filtering fabric will enter the next circulation. The liquid level will drop in the mean time and transfer mechanism will stop. All the actions are automatically controlled.Magnetic-roller paper-band filter unit is added with magnetic-roller separating device based on paper-band filter unit, to separate the impurities like grinding dust (magnetoconductive) first, so that consumption of paper-band will be lowered. This device is applicable to grinding machine and machining center, etc with remarkable stock removal and high efficiency.
