ZLG Series Rectilinear Vibrating- fliudized Dryer

1.Working principle

The material feeding port into the machines, in the air flow and vibration of the dual role, materials for continuous casting along the fluidized bed forward movement. Hot air upward through the fluidized bed and wet materials back out heat, dust removal by the cyclone separator after discharge, dry material by the material mouth eduction.

2.Product features

(1)Raw material is heated evenly, heat exchange is fully, and large intensity of drying

(2)The state of fluidization is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon.

(3)It is good in adjustment and can be widely applied.Thickness,the speed of raw material moving inside and the change of vibration breadth can be stepless adjusted.

(4)The efficiency of machinery and heat is high and 30-60% of energy can be saved than ordinary dryer.

5)Drying time is equal , short, the bed thickness smaller, generally for 2 ~ 5 cm

3.Application examples

norganic: sulfate, fine bleaching pink, sodium metasilicate, silica sand, boric acid sodium, activated carbon, sulfate, sodium chlorate, borax, boric acid, XiuHuaJia, brominated sodium.

Organic matter: benzene 2 phenol, oxalic acid, hydroquinone, fumarate, cologne acid, catechol, between the benzene 2 phenol, coke powder, tartaric acid, dichloroisocyanurate, G salt, R salt.

Food and feed additive: soybean protein isolated, glutamic acid, caramel pigment, yeast powder, citric acid, citric acid sodium, glucose, lactose, sugar.

Pesticide: willy aldehyde in spirit of rotor granules

Chemical agents: sodium percarbonate

The high polymer: PE, PAM

4.Applicable scope

It can be used in dry or cooling process, applicable to the particle bulky or particles and not easy flow of irregular of products, or because to make particles less demanding and keep complete fluidization velocity of products and easy to bond, sensitive to temperature drying and contain materials gesso product surface water removal from.
