Main characteristics:

1. Main working procedures of the machine: Four raw material rolls’s combination folding, embossing(side sealing) on the raw materials with heating system, die-cutting, pneumatic piece-counting and outputting two rows of finished products at the same time.

2. The machine is equipped with 2 sets of raw material feeding systems, high precision embossing(side sealing) on the raw materials with heating system, finished products’ automatic die-cutting system, automatic pneumatic counting system and automatic raw material transferring system.

3. The device uses Korean style multi-functional folding system which can adjust the size of finished products freely.

4. The machine’s bearings are all made of international good quality 45# steel. The working table and the parts of the machine which will affect the cleanliness of the finished products are all made of 304# stainless steel.

5. The machine uses frequency convertor(transducer) to control the producing speed. The electrical parts have reasonable wires layout. The machine has light working sound and is easily operated.

6. Use rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the device. All the bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the device had good jointing and the size is precise.

7. The machine has high producing speed, high running stableness, according with sanitary standard. The machine quality is praised by all of the clients.
