3. The device uses mechanical punching, has 4 sets round punching knives and uses the most reasonable arraying way to save raw materials into the minimum level. And low down the cost of products.

4. The width of raw material depends on the width of mould. Usually the diameter of each round cotton pad is 5.8cm, and we make one outputs four rows machine, so the suitable width of raw materials will be about 25cm, the diameter of raw materials will be about 100cm.

6. The device uses vertical outputting way, has high stability and efficiency. The normal producing speed is about360pcs/minute.
