Description

This machine is suitable for the material that have 10-30% nutrient.

And have many characteristic such as: high rate, round grain, easy to operate and maintain.

Stable moving on thetraps of reducer and motor extend the life span of the machine.

Granulation pan adopts whole arc Angle structure with granulation rate of 93%.

Granulation pan has threeoutlets which facilitate the material production operation

and will greatly continuously reduce labor intensityand improve labor efficiency.

Reducer and motor uses flexible belt drive, so it starts smoothly, slows wallop

and improve equipment lifespan. The bottom of granulation pan adopts multiterm radiation

steel strengthening,

so the structure is sturdy and durable, never deformation.

The machine adopts strong base design, no need the anchor bolts to fix and operate smoothly.

The master gear of granulation adopts high frequencyquenching which doubles the service life.

Granulation face pan lined with high strength glass fiber reinforcedplastics, anti-corrosion and durable.

and electric parts.If customer need special electric parts like Simons or have different voltage,HZ and

phases (China is 380V,650HZ,3phases)please indicate before set the order.

-If machine is small machine ,we will send by air ,the air freight will be calculated through alibaba directly or

we will find an agent if customer trust us .The freight will not be negotiated.

-The machine with big electric motor can not be sent by air .We will send by sea,the freight will be quoted

through shipping company,the sea freight will not be negotiable.

-The package for air cargo is by carton.The package for sea cargo will be packed by Non fumigation export

worthy wooden case,we will charge for the package accordingly because our package is made by expert

packing company .

-The price here marked is EXW Price. But some of price have a small mistake because some new staff

dosen't know the exact price and present discount to customer.The freight modle is just for general

references,the real cost will be calculated by the air cargo company .Customer also can look for the

forwarder to fetch the machine from us . Therefore, please chat with our service man on line to confirm

before set the order.

-Please be assured that you have checked the machine before sign to air cargo company .We will not

return machine as soon as you sign on the air cargo receipt when we do not accept the vicious appraises

on our store.

-The dispatch date maybe delayed when we met force majeure ,we will inform two days in advance,

customer's appraises will be taken as vicious if we have informed in time.
