ZJR-250 pharmaceutical Vacuum emulsifying machine

Introduction:

This unit consists of vacuum emulsifying pot, heating and temperature control system, mixing

system, vacuum system, manual/electrical/hydraulic lifting system, operation control cabinet

and piping system .

1. Vacuum emulsifying pot

design capacity: 250L; maximum working volume:200L; minimum working volume: 75L.

1) Structure

The pot is two/three layers with flange structure and standard oval bottom. Polished inner

wall uses imported highquality stainless steel SUS304, thickness 8mm; Outer layer uses

stainless steel SUS304 with special light treatment, thickness 4mm; The jacket between

inside and outside can protect temperature from losing , and the interlayer can be used

to heat and cool pots by circulating water.

2) Configuration

On the top of the pot, it has liquid or solid particles materiels feeding inlet, compressed air

inlet, two CIP spraying cleaning balls, one observation hole with light, vacuum port,

pressure gauge (-1~0.5bar).

On the bottom of the pot, it has materiels outlet (discharging valve ), temperature sensor

(measuring range 0~199°C).

3) Pressure and temperature

limiting vacuum: -0.09Mpa; the highest temperature: 100°C, bearable pressure and temperature of jacket: 0.2 Mpa and 100°C.

4) Mixing system (disperser and stirrer)

A. Disperser

It is eddy current type high-speed shearing and mixing on the bottom of cover. By high-speed rotating of disperser, it generates cut off, broken and turbulent strength etc, so

that the materiels can finish the processes of crushing, mixing, stirring and dispersing

within a short time. Through lightening observation hole, we can master the state of the

materiels in the pot.

B. anchor type scraper stirrer

Speed:0~60r/min( can be adjusted by frequency converter ); Power:7.5kw; Material:PTFE.

The shaft seal uses frame seal.

The shaft seals of above three mixing devices all use frame seal (the sealing material

which contacts the materiels use viton), it can prevent the pollution from wearing and

dropping of chips of shaft seal in practical process.

5). vacuum system

It uses water cycle vacuum pump for vacuum suction.

Power:2.2kw; material of pump: SUS304.

6). Electric/hydraulic system

It makes the materials emulsify in the closed condition by the free raise-fall function of cover. And the dumping function makes it easy to cleaning and operation.

It includes hydrocylinder, electromagnetic valve, overflow valve, oil tank, and pressure

insurance valve. Power:4kw(remarks: for safety transportation, the hydraulic oil is on buyer's own)

2. Pre-mixing pot (water pot and oil pot)
