Introduction of oil knowledge

The main function of Eletricity insulation oil are cooling and insulation, as well as dispelling electric arc which brought by circuit cut.

Under the effect of heat and electric field , transformer oil will be gradually oxygenated into different oxids and ethanol, aldehyde , acid, etc. Finally formed infusible pectin .And these acid substance will debase the insulation capability of transformer oil. Thus, transformer oil have to be disposed by filtration .

There are usually two forms for water and gas in oil . Dissolved water and gas (saturation point below) exists in the majority of oil system and oil equipment, while free water and gas (saturation point above) in the presence of many oil .

Due to system seal leakage, oil in a heat load for long-term, open-air oil restorage etc. the moisture and gas in air sedimentate into oil ,which results in moisture and gas in oil.

Undisposed transformer oil contain moisture: 50~60ppm; atmosphere content:10%-20%; To reach the oil target ,It must be disposed in the rated vacuum and temperature, for removing water moisture ,gas and machinery impurities .

To a large extent, the dielectric properties of oil depend on the water& gas content, impurities and pollution degree of the oil. In the process of storage and transportation of new oil ,also will be sucked into gas and water, so the oil must be disposed by filtration before use .Also it needsremove gas in use ,because of the dielectric properties of oil can be affected by gas and moisture in different tempture.

Principles & Structures

Working Principles:

When oil purifiers working, with the oil pressure discrepancy from both inside and outside,oil gets into the filter from the early entrance and the big grain impurities have been filtered out. After multi-level infrared heating,the oil runs into the special characteristic vacuum separators. In the vacuum, it will be separated into a mist at first, then a film. so in a vacuum the contact area is expanded into a few hundred times large one. The original oil in the water can be rapidly vaporized and discharged by the vacuum system under the conditions of the high temperature, high vacuum degree, the large surface as well as high pumping speed.

The vapor eliminated from the top of vacuum separator are dehumidified and drop temperature in the condenser ,then enter into the cooler to be refrigerated again. Cooling water enter into water tank and are eliminated.

The gas through twice cooled and dehumidified finally are eliminated into atmosphere by vacuum pump.

The dry oil in Vacuum separator which dehydrated by vacuum vaporization, is promoted into the positive pressure by oil pump, and after filtration, purified oil are out from the oil vent. The whole process is completed.

1,Filtration system

The machine adopts muti-level ,progressive, and fine filtration installation.

2,Heating system

Heating system consists of heater, temperature controller, over-temperature protector etc.Under pressure, oil flow through heater for heating exchange. The heat load of heating tube surface is 1.5 w / c , through heating makes the moisture in oil boiling for next step evaporation. When the heater temperature is higher than the protection, over-temperature protector will work to cut off the operation of the heater, so that can guarantee the security of equipment and worker.

3,Vacuum system

Vacuum system consists of Vacuum separator, vacuum pump, cooler, condenser etc. there are the match evaporation unit in the vacuum separator to enhance the evaporation area. at the same time, it was also designed to conveniently extract the gas fast by the vacuum source. The speed of the vacuum pump is twice than evaporation water and separation gas measures, thus ensure the oil can’t be polluted again, and keep the system work under the low pressure situation.

4,Auto-control & protection system

Autocontrol system consist of sensor ,electric machine, valves, control components, and other protection components.

a, When the oil temperature reaches into the set point, the temperature controller will send a signal for stopping working, or can be heated;

b, When heating temperature is over the set point(85degree),the over-temperature protector will send a signal of stopping working.

c,The ammount of oil which gets into the filter is controled by the bypass valve and the electromagnetic valve. when the amount of the pumping oil increase to the limited point, electromagnetic valve will stop pumping the oil. otherwise, do the opposite.

d, Pressure controller will alarm and stop working when pressure control points reaches 0.4Mpa.

5,Cooling&condensation system

It consists of condenser, cooler and water tank etc.

The vapor and other gas eliminated from the vacuum separator are dehumidified and drop temperature in the condenser, then enter into the cooler to be refrigerated again. Cooling water enter into water tank and are eliminated.The gas through twice cooled and dehumidified finally are eliminated into atmosphere by vacuum pump, so that protect the vacuum pump.
