ZHY-550 solid carbide roughing tool, please see more details:

1. Raw material: YL10.2,100% original tungsten, no recycle. Wc90%, Co10%, grain size 0.6um.

2. Coating: ALTIN,heat-resisting is about 700°C, rpm can achieve 8000. Coating time is about 10 hours, coating company is Nissin Group(Japan), the same with Sumitomo.

3. HRC55 4 flutes roughing tools process common steel, mould steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cooper, etc.Cannot for process hardened steel.

4. Grinding machine: Anca mainly for make small diameter end mills, Deckel usually for make bigger diameter end mills, Walter for make non-standard cutters.

5. Detection: all products will betested 3 times, one is in factory, one is in coating company, last one is before shipment.

6. Shipping type: usually be DHL, Fedex, if you have more requirement, please tell me.

7. Payment term:T/T(bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal.
