1. Features:

• UseER collet to hold taps, the range of holding is 1mm. It's able to hold taps in any kinds of shanks.
• The body was made ofSCM-21 steel, tightening screw has been precision ground.
• Design oftelescopic ability, can be weed out overdo at the same time with mai spindle turn in reverse and table fall back, protected workpiece and tap against break.
• Floating assembly, can be automatic to correct devia-tion of repeated position in workpiece.

2. Note:

• If the processing material isharder, the M/min should becomeslowerrelatively.
• Before using the straight ER tapping tool holder, pleasedecide spindle running speed of lathe machine, otherwise it will make the shank and tapping break or split, because of too fast ot too slow speed.
