3. Main features

High Efficiency Solid State HF Welder use non controlled rectifier of diode and the division of labor model for adjustment power and adjustment voltage for IGBT components. In this case, whatever how much the load weight of equipment is the equipment will always work in the high power factor condition, and have the performance for the fine voltage and power regulation that can not be achieved by SCR so that the welding temperature control will be more precise and weld quality will greatly improve.

The PWM pulse width modulation chopping with IGBT is a kind of DC power supply for HF control, the control speed is faster as 40 times as SCR system, the DC power supply can provide the ideal precision thermal control and very fast fault protection action to make the equipment more secure and reliable.
