s equipment is specially used for producing Φ8-Φ25.4mm, δ0.5-1.0mm stainless steel straight seam welded pipe.

Production flow:

Raw material (steel coil)→uncoiling→shearing and end welding→non-power leveling→forming and shaping→TIG welding→Polishing burrs outside of weld seam→cooling→sizing and shaping→roughly straightening→ fixed length cutting→finished pipe→run-out table
