The lineis able to produce welded pipes of round pipes of Φ48 mm—Φ127 mm, and 1.32—2.75mm in thickness. Correspondingly, it can produce all kinds of profile pipes, like square pipes 38×38-100×100mm, with thickness of 1.32-2.75mm, and rectangular pipes 38×152-76×152mm, with thickness of 2.0-2.75mm. Adopting roll-passing design, the production line can manufacture welded steel pipes with good quality machining and high precision assembling.
Technical process:
Uncoiling→Shear and cross welding→Delivering machine→Spiral accumulator→Forming, HF welding, deburring, cooling, sizing, straightening→Flying saw→Output runway→Material reverse→Rack→Packing→Storing.
