1. Briquette Machine can make stick shape wood briquette of different diameter and different shape from agro-forest wasted

2. This charcoal briquette machine equipped with automatic temperature control system are designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass. The motor can be 11kw/15kw/18.5kw-3phase-380v-50hz electrical driven motor. This machine can be operated 16 hours per day. The extruded wood briquette can be used as fuel for briquette boilers or boilers for heating.

Please note: during briquetting process, there will be some smoke from the briquette machine that have to be expel to atmosphere.

• The process for producing briquette:

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter not more than 3mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 12%

3. Put the material into feed inlet of briquette machine

4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
