Structure Advantages:

2. The coding machine is controlled through PLC and can realize shutdown ,self-inspection,automatic ink feeding and automatic shutdown when short of paper.

3. The impression cylinder structure adopts imported stainless torsion spring to ensure the long life of the spring during long time operation,avoiding spring breaking

4. The bridge piece,upper&down machine head and paper collection part shall be modified,needle bearning and cooper sleeves are eliminated to enable smoother printing and avoid scrapping of the shaftes due to lack of oil.

5. The operating system has a step device to control ink.The combined device for separation and reunion,which costs high and is hard to control is no longer used.

6. The general control platform is changed to central control from decentralized control,which much facilitates the operation.

7. Outstanding process for turning system ,which ensures inching based on demand and reduce noise.

9. The skewed teeth is high precision .The cylinder has outstanding cushioning protection function to ensure better printing quality.

10. Double electric eyes are used for overall self-inspection and shutdown. 11. Printing size can be fine turned in four directions.

12. Imported high strength bolts are used on the adjustable parts and stressed parts,which successfully avoids adjustment failure due to spread damage and slipping.

13. Outstanding double electric circuit are used for paper feed to realize combination of program automatic paper feeding and manual control.
