General introduction YWZYWZ4 Series Electro-Hydraulic Brakes adpot respectively YT1YTD2 Series Pullers as their driver units. YWZ and YWZ4 they are mainly used in the mechanical braking of machine operation equipments of lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mine, port, and building mechanical devices. Compared with brake which has two poles, the brake which has single pole electrical liquid pressure puller as its driver unit has the advantages of quick speed, long useful life and high operation efficiency and etc. Usage condition and principle -Temperature-25 N+45 -Humidity:≤90%,-The place must be no burn,explode&shock -The attitude should accorde to stand gb755-87 used to three phase 380V 50Hz AC power.
Operation Principle & Structure Character 1Structure Character: It is made of base, brake arm, shoes of brakes, spring, pole, puller and etc. The puller is mainly made of two parts, actuating motor and body ( Centrifugal pump ), and the body is made of cover, jar, piston, wheel and shaft. 2Operational principle When the puller is electrified, the motor bring the axis of swivel and the wheel to swivel, and make pressure in the piston to raise quickly the pole attached on the piston, which will compress the main spring to open the shoes of brakes so as to the machine will operate. when the puller is cut off by electricity, the main spring will press tightly the shoes of brakes on the braking wheel to make the machine stop operation.
