YB seires air filter introduction

Coalescing filters

Coalescing filters are probably the most important items of purification equipments in a compress air system,The are designed to not only remove oil vapour and water,but also to remove solid particles to a acceptable levels such as small to 0.01micron in size.Usually in the system installation ,the first filter have the purpose of prefiltration and protecting the second high efficiency filter from bulk contamination to provide high quality compressed air.

Activated carbon filters

Oil vapour is the oil in a gaseous form and will pass through coalescing filters just as easily as the compressed air ,so adsorption filters must design with a large bed of activated carbon adsorbent to promise the effective removal of oil vapour.
