Smart card personalized data writer YLG-A is applicable for writing the sequential requirement data such as smart card personalized data on 1-chip card and it can also mark or engrave the card boy with 1 laser unit. The equipment is developed with module design

Basic Configuration

• 16 programming stations(YLD-A V1.0 reader)
• YL intelligent control system
• 2 Loaders and 2 unloaders(4×500 cards)
• 1 reject box
• 1 flipper (one more is optional)
• 6 buffers (to keep the number in sequence)

Speed and downloading time (for 1-chip card)

X axis is time,Y axis is speed,the time at inflexion is 8.8s. when the downloading time is 24.8s,the speed is 2000 cards/h.

Speed and marking time (for 1-chip card)

X axis is time,Y axis is speed,the time at inflexion is 0.39s,when the marking time is 1.6s,the speed is 1800 cards/h.
