Applications:
This machine is mainly used for cutting internal and external spur gears and helical gears for the construction machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, machine tool and large and medium-sized speed reducers. When a special shaping cutter is equipped, the machine may cut couplings of various tooth profiles and involutes spines.
Features:
1. The machine is longitudinally arranged. All the machine bed, the column, the saddle and the worktable have excellent structures and transmission rigidity.
2. This is a single-axis CNC machine, or the radial feed motions of the worktable are controlled by means of the CNC system.
3. A well-known Chinese CNC control system and a servo motor are standard.
4. The machine adopts a bi-directional cutter relieving device, which is adjustable easily.
5. A high-precision worm and worm wheel pair is used for both the saddle and the worktable in order to ensure the reliable machining accuracy.
6. The diameter of cutter spindle is 130mm having an enough cutting rigidity. A large- diameter high precision cutter adaptor is available, which is stable and reliable, easy for erection and suitable for cutting various gears of large diameters.
7. A high precision mandrel for testing the perpendicularity is equipped on the machine to facilitate the customer to check the machine accuracy in order to guarantee the satisfactory lead error.
8. A riser of different dimensions may be added on the machine to meet the different requirements of the customer.
9. There’re two coolant nozzles for the internal gear cutting and the external gear cutting.
