1. Brief introduction of Shaded Pole Motor 00 Series(No foot mounting )

The shaded pole motors00 seriesare primarily used in HVAC industry, such asunit heater, commercial refrigeration display cases, evaporator, condensing unit, ice machine. However, they can be used in many other applications such as water dispenser or welding machine. Like other models , the motors will be protected withthermal protectoraccording to the client’s request.The protection class isIP42 or IP44and insulation class is B. All the shaded pole motors passed product conforming to standard ofCE and ROHS approval in Europe,VDE approvalsin Germany, CCC certificates in China.

Foot mounting: Track dimension 0 mm

Material: Housing: made of die-cast aluminium

Stator pack: coated in black

The thickness of stack:12.5mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 45mm,

Direction of air flow:"B"or "S" (B-blowing, S-sucking)

Direction of rotation: counter-clockwise, seen on shaft end

Speed range:1300/1550 RPM

Optimize performance: match with a variety ofmounting brackets and fan bladesaccording to the diameter of foot mounting and the direction of air flow

Mode of operation:Continuous operation (S1)

Bearings: self-adjusting calotte sleeve bearing(mean service life of30,000 hoursin horizontal installations position), we cam also suppllyball bearing motoraccording to clients special request.

Mounting: guard grille and wall ring are mounted onto the protruding thread ends of theA side.The Q-motor can also be screwed on via the mounting flanges (integrated in the bearing shields).

Axial impeller mounting: Mounted to the motor shaft using a plastic adapter with pulling peg and an M4 screw(combination A-D) OR M5 (combination E-H) screw.

Power specifications: At 50/60Hz, the blade angle of the axial impellers must be reduced 6° each.
