YJ-4.8M Horizontal spiral accumulator

1.The role of the spiral accumulator:

Spiral accumulator is the main assist equipment in the welded pipe product line.Spiral accumulator plays storing material and feeding role in the high-frequency welded equipment.

cold rolling and picking line.It is a necessary equipment that to ensure continuous production.After the strip completed for changing volume,croping,butt welding,it filling material to the accumulator.During the production process,the strip into the accumulator intermittent,and the accumulator filling material to the welded pipe mill or rolling machine.The accumulator can guarantee the material continuously filling to welded pipe mill or rolling machine.It can prevent the abrasion between the strip to improve the producer's labor rate and the pass rate.

2.The process flow:

Moving coil-setting coil-uncoiling-shearing-butt welding-horizontally guiding-feeding- storing-discharging(electric control system and hydraulic system)
