1. What is the coal gasification
Coal gasification is the formation of gasifying agent and the carbon.
The gasifying agent(water vapor and air mixture) flowing through the hot fixedbed of combustion coal,
there are series chemical reaction process. Gasifying agent contained oxygen and steam reaction with the
carbon to produce O2 , H2 , CH4, C2H4, N2 among them , the CO H2 CH4 ,CmHn are combustible gases.
2.Two stage coal gasifier cold gas process flow diagram
The two stage Coal Gasifier system including gasification system hydraulic coal feeding system gasifier body system
Purifying system Central grease lubrication system and Grate system With 40~60mm bituminous coal for fuel.
In the upper stage, coal is carbonized. The carbonized coal becomes semi coked, then gets down to be gasified in lower
stage. Carbonization and gasification of coal are finished in same equipment. The carbonizing and gasifying gas, after
optimized allocation, will be disposed by dust removing, tar removing, cooling and sulfide removing technology.
The clean coal gas out of furnace is supplied to industrial kiln by gas pressure adder and transmission system.
