Introduction

PRY YH-1450 is a special equipment applying to die-cutting of advanced colored boxes made of paper. The machine combines several advantages over many other die-cutters both at home and abroad. Gripper bars with high intensity are applicable to all kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. Frontal, back and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die-cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision, air clutch, pneumatic locking mechanism, programmable controller and man-machine interface. The interface can display various digital information of machine such as working speed, amount of paper processed, total running time, etc. It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting. Transducer is adopted to control the main motor in achieving stepless speed variation. The machine has a lot of sensors and safe-ensuring devices to guarantee the safety to operator and of environment. Frontal and back pressure can be adjusted separately. It is convenient to stop the machine by hand. It can also realize die cutting without clipper margin.

Different parts:

1. Feeding Unit

Feeding board is lifted automatically and the distance can be set according to the thickness of paper, which ensures easy operation.

2. Registering unit

The integral front lay and side lay ensures high precision of registration

3. Die Cutting Unit

The die-cutting pressure can be adjusted individually at the front and rear part. Worm and worm gear cooperates with crank shaft and connection rod, reducing the moving clearance and avoiding impact between worm and worm gear. Pneumatic clutch and brake are sensitive and reliable. Pneumatic chase-locking device ensures easy changing of cutting plate. Rear and side registering device enables paper to be transferred accurately, thus ensure high die-cutting precision.

4. Delivery Unit

The rear and side jogger ensures orderly and tidy delivery of paper.

5. Electric Control System

Computer control ensures automatic process of sheet feeding, registering, die-cutting to delivery and conducts real-time monitoring. Many safety devices make possible normal operation by machines and safe running by operators.

6. Lubricating System

Self-lubricating system ensure stable performance of machine and prolong the service lift of the machine.
