Usage for this leather machine:

1.The leather machine is multi-purpose leather machine, used in changing color, hot stamping, embossing, sticking film and surface treatment on the surface for PU, PVC and all kind synthetic leather,

2. also can use in sticking lazer film and protect film on the leather after the sizing treatment. It can embossing all kinds floral designs on plastic leather, PU, PVC and can printing, high-solid and other surface treatment , so that make the products feel fashion and high-grade.

Characteristics for this leather machine:

1. Since the machine used computer VVVF control system, the tension between each power and synchronized control are very convenient. With torque motor winding, it will be more practical and efficient.

2. The local stamping gold rollers, embossing rollers have adopted circulating high-temperature heat transfer oil which researched and developed by ourselves(The temperature can reach 200)

3. It will make temperature accurate and even on the roll surface and keep small temperature difference to assure quality effectively of the product.
