Charateristics of Y71/32 Four-column Hydraulic press

Computer optimized design,3-beam &4-column compact structure,With high realiabilty ,durability .oil leakage is avoided by means of proper piping and minimum hydraulic impact design.

Independent electrical control system is adopted in the press.adjustment or two-hand/signle cycle operation mode at operator’s choice

Preset stroke forming process or preset pressure forming process can be selected on controle panel;pressure holding period can be preset according to requirements.

Stroke and pressure can be adjusted withing specified scope.

Application

Drawing,bending,flanging,cold extruding,blanking processes for metal materials;straightening ,press-in and forming process for powder and abrasive products,plastic and insulation materials.
