XY-C Shampoo mixing machine (combined type)

Description:

1.It issuitable in manufacturing mass detergent product.

2.It adopts many inported stainless steel materrial to ensure its quality,such as the boilers' material is SUS316L and SUS304 ,and they boiers' thickness are different ,inner layer is 5 mm and the middle layer is 3mm ,the explorer is 2mm.

3.It adopts many hing-tech , the hing-speed disperser or hing-speed homogenizer was used in the bottom of emulsification.

4.The machine adopts advanced water circulation cooling system .

5.The emulsification pot is connected with the cooling pot by a pipeline and equiped with a stainless steel feeding pump.

1. 500L heating pot consists of Three-layer material,inner layer is imported 304L,Thickness is 4mm,middle layer is A3,Thickness is 5mm, Outer layer is304-2B,Thickness is 2mm,heating method is electric heating,upper blending is frequency conversion,the power is 4KW,turning Speed is 0-50r/min,homogenizer power is 11KW, turning Speed is 2880 r/min,Homogenizer mechanical seal matches water circulation cooling protection system.

2. 1000L cooling pot consists of Two-layer material,inner layer is imported 316L,Thickness is 4mm,Outer layer is imported 304-2B,Thickness is 2mm,upper blending is frequency conversion,turning Speed is 0-50 r/min,Mezzanine water circulation make material cooling,the bottom is equipped with conveyor pumps,to make material flow from heating pot into cooling pot directly and difficult to generate bubbles.

3. Two pots shared a platform and control of electrical cabinet,Operation is easy.
