This heel nailing machine is suitable for heel nailing of men's and women's shoes, and of high automatiion

(1) Air-hydraulic booster cylinder can adjust automatically to press shoe heels of any height, and it can swing forward and backward to load high boots for heel nailing.

(2) There are 11 nails tracks in nailing box for selecting nails or screws of 10-25mm. Nail load, nail separation and nail turnover can be done correctly and reliably.

(3) There are options for manual, semi-auto and full-auto nailing procedures.

(4) There is a safety protection device on auto nail-delivery mechanism , which assures security and reliability.

(5) Nail anvil of different specification can be equipped. The nail-in angle adopts unique design to help nail heels tight and avoid penetrating heels.

(6) Adopting online nail examing device can display the position of nail lacking on control panel accordingly and alarm the operator to

fill the nail into the lacking hole of hammer anvil in time, which increases qualification rate of products greatly, and reduce the waste of shoe making material.
