Principle of work

Hot air enters string and drying chanber from the air inlet with hih speed.The large and damp ball is crushed under the action of strirer and paddle wheel exerts strong shearing,blowing,floating and rotating effect to it .The contain less moisture will lift accompanied with revolving,air stream.During the period of lift,it is dried further.Because gas and solid two phases flow in ratating and the inertia of solid phase is more than that of gas and the relative velocity between solid and gas phases is large,so it strengthens the process of heat exchange.Therefore the machine has strongdrying capacity

Features

1.Raw material becomes particulate that exists in high dispersing state caused by cenytrifuge,shearing,impacting and rubbing effect.Moreover the reltive veloc ity between solid and gas phases is large,so it strengthens the process of heat exchange.Theerefore the maching has strong drying capactity
