Plastic Pellet Machinery detail:

1.Single or conical twin screw extruder can be equipped according to raw material of pellets production.

2.Screw structure designed specifically for PP PE ABS PVC powder, through cone gear to achieve rotating, and rotation speed is:1 ~ 34.7 r/min.

3.Screw material: high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, treated by Nitrogen, Nitriding depth: 0.5~0.7mm,surface hardness: HV740 ~ 940

4.Screw inner temperature control: thermostatic apparatus.

5.Barrel material: high quality alloy steel-38CrMoAlA, treated by Nitrogen, nitriding depth: 0.6~0.7mm, surface hardness≥ HV940.

6.Barrel temperature control system :Heating zone: Cast aluminum ring heater + Stainless steel shell + cooling fan.

7.Equipped with Quantitative feeding system Vacuum air exhaust device.
