Circular Vibrating Screen

1.Circular Vibrating Screen Application:

This series of vibrating screen is specially designed for quarry to separate stone into different sizes. It is also widely used for classification in mining, construction materials, transportation, energy, etc. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust the amplitude. This machine bears the features of advanced structure, effective excitation force, little vibrating noise, convenient maintenance and high durability. It moves round, has multi-layers and is highly efficient.

2.Circular Vibrating Screen Working Principle:

The motor makes the exciter rotate speedily through the v-belt. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. Under the influence of sieve box, the materiel are tossed forward successively on the mesh. They were classified as thrown up, and the particles smaller than the mesh size were sieved out during the falling process, so that the classification of material could be achieved.
