Xi'an JINGWEI 56mm~150mm coal drillbit
Description:
PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) is composed of diamond micron powder and cemented carbide liner than are sintered toghether under high temperature and high pressure.It not only has the high wear resistance that diamond has, but also has the high impact-resistance toghness.
Xi'an JINGWEI 50mm~150mm coal drill bit divides into 2 types, one is common type, and the other is special type.Compared with the common type, the special type (i.e. rib band model) has longer life and higher wear-resistance.
All suitable for drilling in the soft rock, medium-hard rock to hard rock with f≤8. We also could custom made the bit for you (i.e forced/super forced PDC).
Characteristics:
Using PDC as the main cutting components, which has high speed drilling;
With the excellent wear ability and impact toughness of the PDC;
- Advanced geometric design for faster penetration;
- All cutters are premium grade for extended bit life and durability;
- Improving the drilling efficiency and reduced labor intensity.
Specification:
Type | Size(mm) | Rock formation |
Common | Φ56~Φ150 | Soft rock and medium-hard rock (f≤8) |
Rib band model | Φ75~Φ133 | Soft to medium rock (f≤6) |
Forced PDC | Φ56~Φ150 | Medium rock to hard rock (f=8~10) |
