Brief introduction to the wood pellet machine

1.Wood pellet machine adopts advantages of both traditional ring die pellet mill and flat die pellet mill.The pellet density is 1.1-1.4 kg/m3.

2.Wood pellet machine can produce 2-8mm diameter pellets.The pellet length can be adjusted optionally. Before pressing pellets, raw materials should crush into powder(2-5mm in diameter) and the moisture content of raw materail should be between 15%-20%.

3.wood pellet machine can press high crude fiber biomass waste into good pellets. it is specially suitabe for biomass waste from wheat straw, rice straw, corn stalk, rice husk , Coconut shell, palm fiber and palm shell , very hard wood e.c.t, also can press fertilizer pellets from animal manure, plant waste, chemical waste ect .

4.wood pellet machine also contains full automatically lubricate systems for spare parts, which can lubricate spare parts oil--rollers, shaft, gears, bearings automatically.
