XG-300 automatic capping machine

Feature:

XG-300 Capping Machine contains following several parts: cap sorting, cap dropping, bottle transferring, cap screwing, lifting, transfer belt, rejecting system etc. Through humancomputer interface control the bottle transferring. Capping speed is very high, which can achieve 300 bottles / min. It is adaptable, which can screw different kinds of bottles tightly. It is high capping consistency.

The biggest advantage is each transfer parts are controlled by separate motor, which is easy to adjust, wear resistance, reliable.

Main Equipment:

Cap sorting:

It adopts pneumatic way. User only need to adjust the atmospheric pressure of each part of bottle cap. The time for change is shorter, and needn’t adjust any if the outer diameter is similar (For example: outer diameter is 30-50)

Cap Dropping:

Adopt slide turnover method, the cover capping action is controlled by optical fiber switch; It is controlled by spring pressure to control the bottle cover.

Bottle Transferring:

The speed of synchronous belt can be adjusted freely on the human-computer interface. It is easy to see it on the screen. The synchronous belt speed should confirm to production line speed.

Cap screwing:

Adopt three set cap screwing wheel for screwing. They are frequency conversation controlled by 6 motors, which can adjust freely and separately on the human-computer interface.

Lifting system:

Automatic lifting is adoptable to different production line, different bottle height and shape.

Transfer Belt system:

Adopt plastic flat transfer belt, through adjust the frequency Converter speed, the transfer speed and height will match the capping machine’s transferring speed.

Reject system:

Adopt fiber sensor, electromagnetic induction switch control, can reject the unqualified products without no cap.
