Description:

WZ outer circulation vacuum evaporator is a natural circulation device operated under vacuum conditions, applies to the medicine, food, chemical industry, etc. It is specially suitable for low temperature concentration for milk, juice and the majority heat-sensitivity material.

Feature:

1. This equipment is composed with tubular external heater, vacuum evaporator and auxiliary device. It features short heating time,rapid evaporation speed and can keep the effectivity of thermosensitive materials well.

2. It adopts defoaming with two-stage and can reduce the loss of feed liquid greatly.

3. The whole process is in a vacuum condition and the finished material is without pollution. Material temperature can be controlled ≤600C.

4. Comparing with the traditional equipment, it is provided with less investment, high efficiency and low consumption.

5. Large concentration ratio, the largest could be 1.25.

6. The parts touched with materials are made of good quality of stainless steel.

Application:

WZ I outer circulation vacuum evaporator can be operated in either vacuum or constant pressure condition. It can be used for concentration of water or organic solvent in many industries.
