The machine is a new adhesive machine for adhesive factory,which is mainly used for factory of plastic bottle packing. It has16 tubes station, and finish all working during moving.

Fucntion

Tube feeding( manual), auto filling, cap feeding(manual/automatic), screw capping, auto tube exit.

Working steps

Manually put the tube on the tube seat, and with mechanical turning to achieve filling action. There is self-suction device that inhale material and then begin filling. Photoelectricity checking assures accurate filling (if there is no tube, there would be no filling). The capping is done by electromagnetism shaking tray, and with special motor for capping, which assures the cap on the right position.
