Our woodware powder coating line is suitable for any kind wood products such as wood furnitures, wood arts etc. You can adjust the line to be compatible with any product size so you can use the production line for multiple purpose and don't have to invest another line. You have choice to use reciprocator or traditional spray guns or robotic spraying machine. Our engineers will calculate out the best solution with the least costs.

Loading -> dust-removal -> Primer coating -> drying -> powder coating -> drying -> unloading.

Spray coating(painting) line working procedures:
Onload products -> Electrostatic Dedusting -> Spray coating(painting) -> Drying -> UV curing -> Cooling -> Unloading -> QC checking -> Packing
