Wood Shaving Briquette Making Machine: crush the raw material( bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, sugarcane bagasse, cotton stalks, rice hulls, miscellaneous branches by the wood grinder, then dry them making its moisture content less than 12%.

At the third stage, briquette them in high temperature, high pressure (without any additives). Finally put them into the carbonization stove(self kiln) to make charcoal. The output charcoal is of high charcoal density, small size, high calorific value. The wood briquette production line mainly consist of briquette machine, carbonization furnace, dryers and other equipments.

Some requirements of the raw materials for making briquette

1. The size should be 3-5mm (reduced by wood crusher)

2. The moisture content should be 8-12%

3. No impurity in the raw materials

4. It can be the mixture of the more than three kinds of raw materials, they should be mixed evenly
