Introduction:

Sawdust pressmachine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into

briquettes. The briquette can be used for fuel direcitly or be carbonized into charcoal.

Working principle:

The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature. In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square, etc.

Raw material:

Almost all type of agroculture waste can be used, including: wood chips, maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, etc. The sawdust and rice bran are the best raw material for the briquette machine

Requirement of raw material could be:

The size of these material is 3-5mm, moisture content is 8-12%.

Final product:

The available shape: square, hexagonal, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with edge with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
