1.Requirements of the raw material by using Air sawdust Dryer:

1). For using material of two or more types, they should be mixed in suitable form.

2). The feed material should be equal.

3). Raw material diameter is less than 5 mm; Length less than 5 mm.4. Moisture of raw materials could be 20-60%

2.Sawdust Air Dryer Application:

Airflow sawdust dryerwidely used in the straw briquette fuel, charcoal machine, sawdust pellet fuel, sawdust briquetting, agriculture and animal husbandry projects and other industries. Such as corn stalks drying, soybean straw drying, drying of cotton stalks, wheat strawdrying, sorghum stalk drying, wood drying, drying of wood shavings, sawdust drying, ginkgo leaf drying, mulberry leaves drying and other agricultural cellulose.

9). Airflow dryer is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.
