WPC wood powder production line is our new wood powder grinding equipment successfully developed by continuous innovation and test, and can be used for producing the wood powder in the whole wood and plastic project.

1. It mainly includes feeding material, grinding, sieving, and collection;

• Screw conveyor
• Hammer mill
• Cyclone seperator
• Fan
• Bag dust collector
• Air lock
• Rotary screener

2. It is suitable for the fineness of final grinding product required to be 40-120 mesh,and the material should be all kinds of wood fiber material with size less than 5 mm

• Auto-feeding material in certain ration, and one worker can feed and collect material
• Many models with different capacity and can be modularly assembled to meet different customers' request
• Final powder size is uniform with good quality, and the machine is running stable and seldom has problem.
• There is dust collection system, so the working place is no dust.
• It can produce 40-120mesh products.

4. Raw material: sawdust, shavings, rice husk and so on.
