Flat laminating line for sheet and roll material.

Line to laminate flat substrates e. g. MDF, chipboard, honeycomb board,

leightweight panels, multiplex, multilayer board, plaster board, OSB,

plastic or components for sandwich panels.

The surface material can be processed in form of sheets or rolls,

e. g. high gloss foils, CPL, HPL, veneer, decor paper, PVC,etc.

As glues, both hotmelt or white latex and PVAc glue can be used alternatively. Depending on the application,

you may use the advantages of both glues –both cost-effective and flexible.

Main feature:

1 It can finish the dust collection,the glue spraying,the paper sticking the hot and cold pressure successively with high efficiency.

2 The rolls is controled by pneumatic lifting system,all roller is made as silica gel rubber.

3 It is used to laminate the PVC,decorative paper on the surface of MDF or solid wood etc.
