Working principle

This machine has two rollers with peeling teeth. Wood rotates in the trough and rotates around its own axis, they also skip irregularly. Barks are separated rapidly under the friction between wood and peeling teeth, impaction of woods, extrusion between woods and tank.

Advantages:

1. Adopting open feeding bin, wood can pass in and out without outage, this increase the working efficiency.

2.This wood peeling machine has good peeling effect even for eucalypti and poplar which are hard for peeling. Peeling rate is above 95%.

3. This machine can be used for peeling different kinds of trees, diameters, length and shape, its peeling rate is much higher than drum type peeling machine.
