Wood Chipper Characteristics

• Really powerful diesel engine.
• Smart electric control panel to show oil pressure low,water temperature high,emergency stop,fuel level low,rpm etc.on the screen to replace usual different kinds of gauges.
• The oil pressure sensor,water temperature sensor and rpm sensor are all Siemens VDO brand.
• With alarm lamp,When the oil pressure,fuel level etc. can’t reach the normal working condition or something wrong happens,the lamp will glitter with alarming sound to prompt the operator to maintain or repair it after you maintain or get rid of the breakdown, the glitter and alarm sound will stop automatically. You can turn it off with a manual switch when you are maintaining or getting rid of the breakdown or anytime you don’t want it to glitter or alarm.
• It has one special configure " belt tensioner/idler" to control the belt's loose or tension so you can start the engine easier under unloading position or connect/tension the belts in the pulleys to make the rotor work easier.
• We design a patented configure to prevent the belts coming off from the pulleys when the operator need loosen the belts to stop working or retighten them to work.
• Rotor:At the heart of the chipper is an oversize heavy duty rotor and reversible chipping blades. The large diameter rotor has a faster tip speed for improved chipping action and the heavy gauge steel keeps your momentum to power through 8" diameter tree trunks.
• Blades:the reversible blades are precision cut tool steel and hardened, keeping a sharp cutting edge and maximizing the performance of the chipper.
• Air vents:blowing force is maximized with air intake vents on the side of the chipper. Air enters through the vents and powers the chips out the chute far enough.
• Adjustable chute:easily control where you want the chips with the double adjustable Exit Chute. The chute swivels 360 degrees and the top deflector adjusts the distance.
• Hydraulic feeding hopper:maximize your chipping with the aggressive hydraulic feed hopper. Chipping becomes effortless when you let the rotating teeth do all the work. As the brush is fed into the chipper, you can be ready with the next piece.
• Option:electric magnetic brake(mainly to prevent the occurrence of an emergency)for the flyingwheel in the house.
