For wood hammer mill details , as below :

1.wood hammer mill can crush all kinds of biomass waste into fine powder (smaller than 4mm) , such as

wood chips, wood shavings, straw, stalk,e.c.t

also fit for animal feed materials, such as corn, weeds, soybean, maize, cereal.

Now it is mainly used in wood factory,animal feed factory, Chemical industry and so on.

2. Standarding out from other supplier hammer mill is that there are two rotors and two screeners

installed at the wood hammer mill bottom, its crushing ability is larger than 2 times than other same

model , also power consumption is smaller two times than others , the crushed powder will

outlet from bottom screener hole, generally if raw humidity smaller than 20% ,

we will install 2-5mm screener sieve , then will outlet smaller than sieve hole dimension powder.

If raw humidity is very large, we will install 10-30mm hole screener or even don’t install screener.

3.wood hammer mill key spare parts hammers and screener are made by our CNC systems,

through high technical heat treatment , standing out from other suppliers is that we could ensure its high

4. Wood hammer mill has two big screeners at each side of crusher and can outlet powder from large

angle screener hole , which makes high capacity production, also there is inspecting switch installed at

the two sides of crusher , which makes inspecting and repairing process very easily .

5. wood hammer mill works connect with air fan and cyclone,air lock, for biomass materials, the crushed

powder will go to cyclone and outlet from cyclone bottom air lock, for fertilizer materials or animal feed

materials , powder will outlet directly from crusher bottom. Also it can work connect with bags filter ,

which is used to clean dust.
