(8) trolley:

• material is steel, run by motor, automatically
• when time or temperature reach setting time or temperature, door open or close automatically, trolley in or out automatically
• There is one set of vacuum pump on one trolley, used for making vacuum, after transferring, used for reverse air to remove paper. Each trolley has 20 suction head.

(9) electrical control cabinet:

• Electrical control system is consist of one set of electrical cabinet,including PLC,touch-screen,Electromagnetic valve,switch and so on
• Power: three-phase, four-wire, AC380V,13.7KW(fuel is oil or gas)

(10) Cost for producing wood effect profile:

• 350pieces per ton of aluminum profiles, thickness of aluminum profiles is 1.00mm, width is 80mm-120mm. following date is according above numbers

(11). process method:

• Cutting wood paper according to the size of aluminum profiles
• Packing the aluminum profiles by wood paper
• putting aluminum profiles into insulation bag
• one head of bag is tied , and another head of bag is tied by vacuum head
• After step 4, the following things is done automatically (convey and transfer)
• Remove the insulation bag and wood paper from aluminum profiles
• Then you will see clear wood grain on surface of aluminum profiles

(12).Advantage:

• Wood grain has natural effect
• Wood grain will not remove after a long time
• can use all kinds of fuel, such as LPG,NG,diesel oil,electricity and so on
• It is easy to operate, at most needing 4 workers, if the worker is familiar with process method, just needing 2 workers
