Wood De-burring machine desinged for doors and windows poishing and finishing. The main features as follow:

1. Adopting vacuum suction device, ensuring to convey smoothly.

2. The convey belt is made of epoxy phenolic resin-sandwich glasscloth laminate that is anti-stastic, wearable and with high precision in service.

3. Sanding discs take the advanced interlaced distribution, the first rows has 5 discs, the second 5 discs, the third 5 discs.the fourth 5 discs. The discs are eccentric, so that is the best for sanding curved surface and has the good effect.

4. Sanding rollers take the advanced parallel distribution that have the different rotating direction.Totally 4 pcs So they can make the good-quality finish sanding.

5. Every eccentric disc is with the high-precision running balancing, so the machine works steadily in service.

6. The brush pieces are made of good-quality sisal that is anti-static and easy to replace.

7. On the surrounding of the brush pieces is sanding belt pieces that can be replaced separately.

8. The combination of blower and extraction can clear off the dust in service.

9. All the operations and warms can be shown on the human-computer interface, that is easy to operate.

10. The rotate speed and the height of sanding rollers and sanding discs, the feeding speed of convey belt are shown on the human-computer interface that is separate and connected with the machine by digital cable. And they can be adjusted.
