1.small wood pellet mill is professionally fit for home use or factory to do trail experiment. it can press 2-8mm diameter biomass fuel pellet, animal feed pellet and fertilizer pellets , raw biomass materials can be waste from sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower, paper ect ,animal feed materials can be grain, soybean, maize ect, fertilizer materials can be animal manure and so on . the last pellet length is adjusted .

2.small wood pellet mill adopts Germany technology ,which is our national patent product. the flat die pellet mill has unique advantages to enlarge flat die diameter, so roller assemble and bearings are enlarged too, which can produce higher pressure than ring die pellet mill .ring die pellet machine die is restricted by its diameter, its roller can not be enlarged enough, bearing room is smaller , so the assemble bearing are not strong enough to withstand large pressure. especially for crude fiber biomass materials, needs higher pressure to press into good pellets, so flat die wood pellet mill is more fit and more popular all over the world .

3.when small wood pellet mill works, it is die rotates and then take rollers move, but the whole roller assemble keeps stable . in this way will keep all materials piles up in the center of die , increase capacity and make high working efficiency .

4.small wood pellet mill can make biomass pellets as burning fuel and make animal feed, fertilizer pellets for farm use. the engine can be installed by both electric motor or diesel or connect with PTO tractor .very easy to operate .
