Wood Carbonization Stove for Charcoal Making

This kind ofwood carbonization stove works by destructive distillation principle.

The charcoal bar in the stove can be decomposed in the heat because of lack of oxygen, generating flammable gas,

tar and charcoal.

The stove adopts mobile steel structure, with the exhaust pipe connected with tar separator and draught fan.

process for producing the charcoal briquette:

1.crush the raw materials into small pieces(around 8MM diameter) by Crusher(Hammer Mill);
2. Dry the crushed materials by Dryer, make the crushed material's moisture content below 12%;
3. Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make sawdust briquettes.
4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briiquette.
